Just like a semi-dry wine, this cider is characterised by mild aromas that leave a light, slightly sweet aftertaste. It is ideal before a light summer meal and with traditional white wine pairings of salads, pasta, and goat and sheep cheeses.

Does not require a bottle opener to uncork. 

Best enjoyed between +4°C to +6°C degrees.
